I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for almost 7 years. After my RDU experience I will never rent from them again. To be fair, it is because it was the second incidence of gas-cheating that I've encountered. Mid-October I rented from Enterprise in Omaha airport and when I received my car the tank was short 1/8 of a tank (needle was between full and 1/4). I noticed it after leaving the facility and they credited me $10 when I returned my car. A month and half later I get a car at RDU, and same thing. Short gas (again, an 1/8 of a tank). I don't care about the money, once might be a mistake, but twice seems a lot like they are trying to shave $'s off their costs and move them to me. Well, that won't happen again.
