ok they serviced my rav4 2011 and did a good job except they did not wash my car and i was told on the phone that my brakes were included if i was under 36000 miles which i am........then when they cal they to tell me my vehicle is ready they say o no the brakes are not included only rotters and it would cost me 285 plus tax to do my brakes ........so instead i went to auto zone paid less than 40 dollars and did my brakes myself
