I had an excellent experience at the Garden Hotel....

I had an excellent experience at the Garden Hotel. The lobby and facilities are lovely. There are flowers everywhere! The staff is truly friendly and accommodating. I had a multiroom suite with great views of the city. It was also very quiet. My bath was incredible! The Toto Washlet bidet seat was an added bonus. I arrived to a tea service set up in my room that was tested the following day. Plus turn down service brought more treats (not vegan, but the thought was appreciated). There was an exercise bike and yoga mat provided in my room. It was really over the top luxurious. The executive lounge had breakfast and happy hour food. Not many vegan options, but some. I was at the hotel for a work function and the facility excelled in that area, too. Staff worked to try to address every issue. And made sure that I got a delicious vegan lunch!
