We rented a 5BR/3BA house in Savannah's historic district next to Forsythe Park to accommodate family traveling for my son's wedding. It was so nice having separate living areas and kitchens in both upstairs and downstairs so that everyone could spread out and do their own thing. All the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and extra linens for the pull out sofas which we did not need after all. There was a nice variety of bedroom sizes and bed sizes to match the guests with. We were there 4 days after a major hurricane hit Savannah and Tybee Island and the response time for clean up was phenomenal. Thankfully the property was undamaged and was perfectly cleaned inside and out. Tybee Vacation Rentals is the best. They completely made a stressful time so much better. The house is situated right on Forsythe Park which was nice to walk along and enjoy the outdoors. There is a coffee shop within a block and a grocery nearby. Three blocks away is 700 Drayton, a restaurant with a rooftop bar overlooking the park. It has a ecclectic, bohemian vibe with fantastic cocktails and food. Only a 15 minute walk to River Street or a $5 Uber. One of the smoke alarm batteries needed replacing and was periodically beeping. We couldn't reach it due to the height of the ceiling, but the property manager sent someone out right away and got it taken care of. All our guests were amazed at how beautiful the home is. I would definitely do this again. A++
