I was shocked at the horrible customer service of the front desk at the hotel in reference to the water resort. The water resort was "eh" and my 9yr old daughter witnessed a boy near her age openly urinating to the side--with no repercussion from the staff. In her words, "he whipped it out, peed and nobody said anything." We won't be back.
