A grand hotel with impeccable service. Our room was large with all the amenities we required. Bathroom was large although we didn't have a bathtub. Reception did everything to please us (special mention to Chloe who checked us in). We stayed for a whole week and it was the perfect location for us. 7 mins walk to wan chai mtr station which we used everyday. They had an outdoor pool which looked lovely but the weather turned a bit cool the week we were there so we didn't get to use it. The gym is perfect and is always quiet (open 24 hours). I would definitely recommend this hotel a hub for a week in Hong Kong
