The office staff was not accomodating to our needs...

The office staff was not accomodating to our needs, nor were they nice about their policies and there were lots of rules about what you couldn't do. We were there for a race and had to get up very early and we were woken up at 9pm by a phone call telling us it was quiet time when the quiet time hours started at 10 pm. It was very frustrating. Definately not staying here again.
