A driver hit my car while it was parked a month ago and Direct Auto hasn't done anything to help me get my money to repair my car.

I am a responsible driver. I was not even driving. A driver hit my car in front of my home out of sheer bad luck and now I have a destroyed car I can't drive and no support from my insurance company, Direct Auto.

What's the point of running an insurance business if you don't insure your drivers?
