Conrad Thompson at first family constantly checked my credit while I delt with him, almost 30 times in 3 months, driving down my credit score. I found this out by opening my one credit monitoring account. He was supposed to be helping me repair MY credit, instead he was lowering my score. I was a first time home buyer, and when I questioned he about it he denied it although I could clearly see on life lock that every time I called him , he would so a hard pull on my credit and my score would drop a few points. The lender I work with after him, would do a soft pulland, not affect my score. I since been informed that the lower score a lender can get approved the bigger their bonus. :-(
