The 2 stars are for the emergency room and for the anesthetists. If you are not a BG or private patient, you will notice it immediately on the station. The personnel key is one thing, but friendliness can actually be everyone. The patients are hardly or not at all washed and an old lady was neglected with toenails, which had grown around. Until my release they have not been cut. I am so appalled by the situation. Employees from a loan company are unleashed on patients who have zero idea. No, that can not go on like that. Dear Boberger Hospital, look more at people, because they are sentient beings in often emergency situations. I myself am a nurse and know the staff shortage, but I would never lose my holistic view on patients.
