The ineptitude and incompetence of their agents on the phone is a shame, they have no experience, no training and much less information. I find it despicable that a financial institution has a lack of professionals in customer service, an internal structure of laughter and such little decorum with users that it is embarrassing.
The solution, find another serious and competent financier and pay off the debt with them.
