It's been about two months since my LG G4 has been taken in for a bootloop service, and although LG sent a confirmation email to Futuretel, to verify that LG would cover the cost to fix my phone, Futuretel claims that they haven't received any confirmation e-mail with an approval number. Still haven't gotten my phone fixed. Needless to say, I'm NOT happy or satisfied with this so-called "service" -100 stars for this company.
