Attended a wedding in the summer where The Rub had catered. The food quality was poor, the portions were small, the service was slow and was completely unacceptable for a wedding. Wouldn't normally leave a review but heard that they have very arrogantly dismissed any complaints from the wedding couple who's day was partially spoilt by this. Anyone looking to hire The Rub for a wedding, and reading this review... take your business elsewhere, it's the best advice you could receive.

Would like to also add that reviews have been blocked on Facebook, and since a few guest have posted negatively on here there have been a few accounts now praising them, have to question the authenticity of this - cannot see many people coming online 5 months after attending a wedding to leave a good review.

I would advise that if you need good online reviews for your business, i would suggest making your clients happy in the first place - fortunately word of mouth is something that you will not be able to delete or block.
