Shocked to see how poorly managed Apple s store operations are during these times of Covid.

Apple s express pick up email specifically asks customers to visit during the 15 min pick up window to avoid long lines due to Covid. And it clearly states that customers who are outside their pick up window will experience long wait times!!

Unfortunately, this protocol was not clear to the store employees or the store manager. All customers with or without an appointment or those who are arriving way before or after their appointment were standing in the same line as the customers who are arriving within their pick up time! When I brought this up to the store manager s attention, he told me that this is his way of being fair to everybody without realizing that he is being unfair to people who are punctual and honoring Apple s email by arriving within the pick up window.

On top of this there was no social distancing being enforced. Very frustrating and jarring customer experience and that too with the most valuable company on the planet!
