Amazing Wedding experience @ The Ballantyne Hotel!!! You could not have a more beautiful wedding in such a pleasingly aesthetic venue, with more helpful, friendly staff! Emily and Hannah @ The Ballantyne are the catering/event managers who helped us along our wedding journey, were super friendly, organized, responsive and made it happen for us! The overall experience was so pleasant and smooth, including a super fun wedding tasting with family! Thank you so much everyone at the Ballantyne for your help!

Also wanted to review the salon and spa at the Ballantyne, as they did our wedding updos and hairstyles, as well as facials and massages for me and some family members!! Incredible!! Edwina was my master hairstylist and she did an amazing job!!! My hair is long and sometimes hard to style and hold, she worked on my hair methodically and it held the entire night of dancing !! She was patient, friendly, empathetic and I plan to see her as my stylist on a regular basis! Also wanted to say that Grace and Mayra were also stylist who worked on my bridesmaids and some family as well, and did a stunning job on their updos and half up hairstyles. They were friendly, efficient, fun and we couldn t have asked for a better, more relaxing experience on a typical hectic wedding day. Thank you ladies for the beauty and creativity you created! Also wanted to thank Lydia Artale, Salon Manager for being so wonderful, responsive, punctual and helpful. Lydia and myself emailed back and forth for months, scheduling and planning hairstyles, she was always so organized and positive, which soothed any anxiety I could have experienced. She made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable at all times, this includes my hair trial experience as well as the actual wedding day. She also made sure my massage and facial were amazing and everything that I wanted for that day, and i just simply felt like a Queen. Courtney does an amazing hydro glow facial as well! All around 5 star staff who made our wedding weekend and stay at the hotel and resort one to remember forever!
