The dough may be the best one in Amsterdam. But it can be cooked better, since some parts of the sides was overcooked while the middle was a little bit sloppier than it should be. It is not bad, but I believe it may be better. I tasted open Vesuvio and Bufalina. For Vesuvio, I would say ricotta does not add anything to the pizza, it does not make it bad but it does not offer anything for me. Spicy salami is really really good, so to taste it better I would rather not have ricotta. Bufalina has also really good mozarella. Even though, the dough and the ingredients are way above average, I felt like there is something lacking. I would guess it is the tomato sauce, especially for Vesuvio, it was kind of lost. A more tasteful sauce may make this pizza 10/10, right now it is 9/10. And also, the spicy oil is a must try, it makes a big difference comparing with other pizza places.
