The scenery is beautiful, but nothing else was enjoyable whatsoever. We paid for a 6 hour tour and were explicit about wanting to be part of a group that would not slow us down. We only were able to paddle for 3 of the 6 hours due to others in our group and lack of leadership from our 'guides'. The staff was unprofessional for the entirety of our 'tour' to the point of exasperation and offense. Neither voicing my concerns in person nor my formal letter of disappointment and frustration was ever acknowledged. I do not recommend this company, but I will recommend the outstanding scenery of Resurrection Bay to anyone.
