The best customer services experience! I spoke with Matt regarding an item (Sideshow Statue) that arrived broken. Not only were they empathetic but Matt moved quickly to resolve my issue. It was so great to speak to a fellow collector and both Matt and Kellen are great people and I will continue to do more business with BBTS!
