It has always been a pleasure staying with Edsa-Shangri-la Hotel. From the Front Desk to the Concierge, all staff are courteous and attentive. The room is very homey and clean.

It is my first time to celebrate New Year at your hotel. Compared to other hotels I have been to, I can say that Edsa Shangri-la exceeded my expectations.
