Just called Glasgow City Council to talk to them about my council tax and this was the worst experience I have ever had after being talked down to by a rude woman on the other end of the phone. I am extremely annoyed and upset to think someone who is there to help us could be so rude.

If there was a minus on this scale I would have rated her the lowest possible.
