I could not have been more pleased than if they had delivered a new machine, with the service we received on our copier this past week!!! Ty was absolutely GREAT!!!

He went above and beyond my expectations for repair of our machine. He made sure he was not overly disrupting our office's ability to get work done and treated the machine like it was his baby!! By the time he left, he had it purring like a kitten. Metro Sales technicians are some of the best I have worked with. Thanks to all the techs who have kept our machines in excellent working order over the years. You are very much appreciated!
