A really bizarre experience. The website advertises "thoughtfully sourced, regionally inspired food" at their bar, but the bar doesn't exist yet. The menus everywhere for room service were also moot, as they didn't yet stock anything on the menu (was literally told, "we just switched to this food company and we haven't ordered any of this stuff yet"). The first towel i grabbed was dirty and had someone else's makeup face in the middle; the second was threadbare and full of holes. There was melted junk all over the iron, so it had to be scrubbed before use. Lower floors are VERY loud from street noise all night. Breakfast was advertised at 630 but still wasn't being served as i headed out at 645 each morning. The people working were extremely kind, the location was very convenient, and the WiFi was decent... But if you need any of these other things normally provided by hotels, you might look elsewhere.
