DISAPPOINTED !
- bad value for money
- Manager laughed while we were questioning him about the services. Disrespectful. He shouted and challenged us to write a bad review online. He did not care about our satisfaction.
- This resort needs to change the manager.
- Besides shower gel and shampoo, there's no other bathroom amenities. I asked for a shower cap and the staff at night said they did not have it here. However in the morning the manager alleged that it's on request but I already asked the front office staff last night.
- nothing you can eat much for breakfast. Yoghurt is not cold. Papaya smoothie smelt like spoilt payayas. There was no meat, ham, or sausage there. (The price we paid and what we got are NOT CONGRUENT!)
- Extra Bed: Sol Hotel by Melia Intl (4 stars) 300,000 Rupiah, the kayon (5 stars) 600,000 Rupiah and Sandat (4 stars) 890,000.
- Sandat is not up to a 4-star hotel level.
