There are lots of dealerships no reason to use this one. Bought a used suburban here and they were kind enough to deliver it, problem was it had a broken tail light, 2 tires that don't hold air, service suspension system light on, and bad clutches in the transfer case. They picked it back up, took care of the suspension system light, neglected to deal with other issues. I paid $24k for a truck that has a 4wd issue and tires that don't hold air... countless phone calls and text messages. Sales points finger at service and vice versa... very frustrated.

Update - T Case wasn't bad. The remaining tread depth on the tires was too varied for the vehicle to function properly. Best guess is that one tire was replaced recently. I had to buy all new tires for 4wd to work right. Went to a different dealership to determine this. The canned response below only adds salt to the wound. Very obvious who I am. I have not heard a word from Preferred. If they truly wanted "to hear more" they would have contacted me and not posted a canned reply on the review
