My good and bad experience in this hotel ..... Good: large, clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful cleaning staff, well located and fast on registration. Bad: they offer you to enter early for $ 25 and when you arrive at the hotel the same day, they write you that there is no room (lost time), you register 4 people and they leave you every day only 2 towels (Helloooow), reservations for 5 adult and You pay for that extra person, but when you arrive you inform him that the extra person can not arrive, because they do not refund. Do not even think of a room in the main building because you will not sleep by the noise of people in the Atrium ..The hotel accepts dogs, so keep your eyes on the floor, because you will find dog droppings in the parking lot and in the lobby (the cleaning staff will be quick to clean), and the worst experience is to be in the pool and sit in the cushions where many roaches came out (see photo) I do not recommend it. The owners of the dogs must be held responsible and they must fumigate against the roaches. I do not recommend and maybe was last visit.
