I just left this place 20 minutes ago. My girlfriend and I walked in and started looking at cars, getting in and out of them to see what best fits our needs. After an hour and a half of not being contacted, NOT EVEN ONCE, we decided to leave. We made eye contact with plenty of employees, and others who were on their phone texting away. Not a single one of them was kind enough to even smile at us, say hi, or find out if we needed help. It felt like the employees did not even want to be working there. It got to the point where ANOTHER CUSTOMER came up to us and asked us if we had any questions or concerns before an employee did. He expressed to us that he did not work at the location, but maybe he could help us out because no one else would, which is ludicrous. I was looking forward to shopping at this location but after today I will not be coming back. I walk into Best Buy and get help immediately when I m spending $20 but can t get any help when looking to spend 25,000+, ridiculous.
