Shocking customer service. We had been using this hotel as our local one for putting up family and friends and also for my sons swimming lessons. Towards the end of 2018 they suddenly finished all child s swimming lessons with nothing but 3 hours notice! Absolutely appalling that a company of this size couldn t have the decency to inform the local business who provided the lessons with a reasonable notice period. Instead they informed the lady 3 hours before her lessons on that day. Disgraceful. They should be ashamed. They have lost our business and we shall use the Alderley Edge hotel instead.
