We were treated promptly by a very competent and caring array of medical personnel, from the minute we walked through the door until we left. The last time we needed to go to an E.R. we went to the OTHER regional hospital in our town and were made to wait 6.5 hrs, which for a severe and unstoppable nosebleed hemorrhaging, was unacceptable and outside of any standard of care. The waiting room of THAT hospital looked like a Los Angeles bus stop on Skid Row-people laying across all the chairs sleeping, and even juvenile delinquents who were hiding/sleeping there, for which Sheriffs were called.
We are so grateful for the care we got at Palmdale Regional and will go there in future, if any issue arises again. Also, we will recommend the facility to everyone we know.
