BEWARE!!! We were lied to by multiple staff when explaining their "Play 50 on us" promotion for new members. We saw the promotion online and called the member club to explain it. We were told that if we lost $50 that the casino would give us $50. I inquired further and asked if I brought in a $50 bill and lost the money that they would give me $50. She said yes. She also emphasized that this was a one time offer for new members. We went to the the casino and the lady at the counter explained it the same way. Two of us lost $50 and went to the cashier to get the money back. She told us to go the players club to get the money back. We went to the players club and she said the money had to go back on the card, but we could go to a machine and cash out when we were done gambling. We put the card in a slot machine and then tried to cash out, but it would not let me. We called for assistance and they tried to cash out out, too. That is when they told us the $50 was "freeplay" money. At no time had the casino used the term "freeplay". If they had, we would not have driven to the casino. It was obvious that the staff had been trained NOT to use the term "freeplay". VERY DECEPTIVE!!! We will never go back.
