My father gave me a wonderful present: together a course in running technique with trainer Dave. I really enjoyed the technical tips I received, and Dave's competence and expertise were impressive! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their technique in a very short time (4 sessions!), While respecting your own level. Absolutely recommended!
