Beware--if Twin Towers says they accept your insurance, they mean they accept Medicare--Twin Towers is NOT checking to be sure your secondary coverage is in network. My mom-in-law just got a bill for $1000 because Twin Towers is out of network for her Anthem BC BS. We specifically asked if her insurance covered her before selecting Twin Towers and we were told yes, insurance covered her. We were not warned that it was our job to check our policy. Only after questioning the bill are we being told that "checking insurance" only means Medicare and it was our responsibility to check secondary. Very disappointed!
