They have a worst customer service and transaction...

They have a worst customer service and transaction system. I told them that I paid all money but Adorama kept saying that they didn't get it. So I contacted Citi for proofs and now I see that Adorama played me. Is this how they treat customers? Don't buy items in here. B&H is much better and better.

Now I see that she is threatening me with false informations. I paid $420.31 on Tuesday and they kept claiming that I paid only $356.08 cause other item was back ordered. Guess what? How come I have to pay $420.31 on Tuesday instead of $356.08? I got refunds on Sunday because Adorama didn't respond and accept those amount of money base on Citibank that they never ever get any declinations from the merchant. They shouldn't either charge money for back ordered item until it stock or charge all items together from the beginning. This is totally Adorama's fault and they just keep claiming that I didn't pay $64.24 at all. Stop lying. I visited and got an official transaction and my balance was sufficient enough to pay $64.24! I really can't believe what they've been saying to me.

+ I got proofs and yet Adorama kept saying that Im a liar. How pathetic is it? She even believe that I dont know how the transaction works. Seriously? I had enough money to cover all payments. Gosh, this is not a good business after all. Also, they tracked me to several websites including FaceBook and DPReview. I guess they are stalkers.

I repeat this again. I had enough of funds in my account but Adorama failed to collect the amount of money and blaming that it is my fault. Too bad, I posted 4 proofs. If this is how Adorama treat customers, I have no reason to buy products from Adorma and I already stop buyting their products since 2017.
