I live on the other side of the country and received an email from one the the sales people here about a loan agreement for a vehicle. I then called the dealership to ask why I received this email in case it was some sort of fraud. I was given the run around and people argued that it would not be possible to have received the email. They then accused me of having done the paper work then moving across the country, after informing them I've lived here for 26 years they then hung up on me.
I'm not sure how they do business with customers but if it were my money I'd go somewhere else and who knows,this could be my money and I have no idea.
