I think that ING has found a very clever way to charge the card several times, a card that is supposed to be free, but it happens very often that the card is hacked and payments made without code, and not only ING does pay, and moreover, you have to renew the card.
So, a free card comes back to 3 or 4 cards in the year, is not it a good idea and as a bonus the financial insecurity for the customer.
