The system of the cue is absolutely atrocious and unclear. You need to stay in two cues which is not clear beforehand. It is also not clear that you can pass the first cue to get a ticket with credit card. The explanation and the signposting is very unclear and chaotic and the waiting times are much longer than they would be if the operation would be managed more efficiently. Some simple and clear explanations would help a lot.
