Arrived for a spa day with lunch and all seemed great. Had some time by the pool then headed to the spa treatment which my wife said was not enjoyable as the masseuse had to refer to a check list as to what to do. Followed by lunch where the service was bad. No water or plates or hot food ready at this time. Had to wait 20 mins even for plates and the cold food to be delivered shortly after. Wife who hates to complain drafted an email about our experiences and no-one bothered to respond. Disappointing as meant to be a high end cheshire retreat. Won't be returning.
