Very rude and dumb front desk.

Very rude and dumb front desk.
Extremely poor room service. One bedroom apartment provided to us was way below average both in terms of design and space. Maintenance of rooms are not that of a five star with wall papers falling apart. Two things that are fine are the view and the restrooms.
Not maintaining five star service.
