I had a stellar experience with Griffin Service. Joe was professional, and kind, even when my 3 year old son was throwing such a random tantrum it would have driven most out of the house. He explained the diagnosis to me in laymens terms; and answered all of my millions of questions with patience and understanding. Thank you Griffin Service, and Joe especially for bringing my hot water back to this family of 5 so we canjoy warm baths again. You guys are amazing!
