My experience is more so with the service department. About a year ago, I locked my keys in in between my hatch and the body of the car. (keys were sitting on the side when I closed the hatch) the only way to open the hatch is with the key. Luckily I had my title and walked there to have a key cut from the title. The guy working offered to drive me back to my car just to see if the new key would work. I declined as I've never had issues with keys before that were cut from the title so I walked back. Key worked better thab my original. A+ for willingness to go above and beyond for me.
