I received an appraisal report from an appraiser of this company. It was extremely thorough and even took into consideration the current COVD19 situation. I have been reviewing appraisal reports for my clients over the last 7 years and I considered that this report was extremely fair and clear on how exactly they came up with the home appraised value. I looked up the comps they used and all the home sales and I came up with the same value. I see a lot of negative reviews but keep in mind you can always send them any comps for review. There s many factors considered when they do the appraisal and they hold a larger responsibility of giving a fair value. Over all the appraisal report was clear and I would recommend this company to give your home a fair market value.
