What a horrible experience dealing with the used car Director Malik . Talked to him over the phone and he promised to give me a quote to buy my RAV4 Hybrid. I take valuable time out of my day, show up to the dealership and he inspects the car briefly, asks me what was the best offer I received and then says I should go there and walks away. I asked for a formal appraisal quote and he said they don t do that.

I am frankly surprised such a large Toyota dealership has people of his caliber providing poor customer service and no value for the customers time. Never using this dealership for any needs again!!
