GREAT FOOD SPOILED BY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACED WITH ATTITUDE! My trouble began with the website. After three (3) attempts, I was given the Google's Captcha error message "Transaction Incomplete, Scores Too Low." So, I thought I'd order for pickup as I live nearby anyhow.

When I spoke on the phone to the female, who I found out through the receipt was named Alexandra, I attempted to report that issue, but when I finished telling her about it, her reply was "Oh..well...I dunno," instead of offering to report it to a manager or apologizing for the issue, and I had to almost convince her to take my order.

The poor service continued when I picked up my Italian Beef and Cheesy Fries. Another female asked my name three times, forcing me to almost shout my name to her, and after I used the very same Visa card that didn't work on the website but did in person, I wasn't even thanked for my order by either woman, let alone be invited back.

One would think that, in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the many other restaurants in Rogers Park that all do a much better job and are in close proximity to this place and employment being not so plentiful these days, that they would try to at least act like they want their jobs. So, no thanks; I shouldn't have to pay extra for respect. I used to walk in and buy a couple of slices to go every now and then. Now, I won't even waste my time or my money here. Great job, dummies! ZERO STARS AND ZERO TIP, TOO!
