We thought we'd bike across the bridge, but ended ...

We thought we'd bike across the bridge, but ended up walking. It was an easier walk than we expected and great to stop at all the points to take in the views. We also walked on to Sausalito, another 8kms (5 miles) then caught the ferry back to the wharf. We'd highly recommend walking it. You can use the hop on hop off bus too then it will pick you up at the other side. We are glad we walked than biked.
