I have a 2011 kia optima which I just brought in to have the engine replaced due to a recall. The car broke down on my fiance and I while driving, we got it towed down to kia and after 3 weeks they replaced the engine not with a new one but a refurbished one. 1 day after driving out of there the check engine light comes on not to mention there are also 4 new problems with the car that was fine until the engine seized. I call the service department and they say that there might have been a problem replacing it and is now wanting to charge us to fix the problem that THEY CREATED. We haven't had the car for more than a year and there has been nothing but problems and the dealership has been no help at all they have hung up on my fiance 3 times. I do not recommend KIA for anyone
