So, since Google My Business doesn't have a location, I will leave this here. Some person left a damning review on my Google business page that has nothing to do with me or my business. It isn't even on the same topic. I have no idea who they are, but I have contacted Google My Business multiple times through phone and email over the past month and they either lie about calling me back or hang up on me when I call. I've been told this will be reviewed and a call will be returned to me within 48 hours. IT'S BEEN A MONTH and I have made several attempts in the meantime with Google to remove it. The canned responses from your Indian operators shows their lack of "understanding", caring, or ability to resolve a problem. So, what other desperate measures do I have to do to have someone at Google ACTUALLY HEAR ME AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS???!!!!
