Cool hotel, but wasn't impressed with the customer...

Cool hotel, but wasn't impressed with the customer service. After informing them multiple times about overheating room and not able to control the temperature, we were told to open the window. Rooms are cozy and the bathroom vanity has very limited space. At the time of my visit parts of the rooftop bar Plunge was under construction.
