We personally had a very good experience. I first dealt through internet sales with Michael Blackwood on the phone and it was very professional and provided straight forward information. However, when we arrived Michael had an unexpected customer come in so without us knowing a gentleman by the name of David Hoover greeted us at the door and asked if I was Thomas Reed. David had a very coming presence about him and great smile. My wife and I were very at ease in dealing with David. It is nice when you can meet people and get to know them a little bit because a great connection is made. We were able to have very open dialogue that had substance. It wasn't all about the sale. In my opinion my wife and I feel that David was a true blessing and great to work with. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays David, the Reed's wish you the very best of blessings.
