My husband and I had a great experience using Spring EQ for our home equity loan. I had never heard of them prior to them contacting me after my Lending Tree inquiry into HELs, so I was a tad hesitant. I had a really great, no-pressure conversation with our loan officer, Christine. She answered all my questions and made the process super easy. Our loan advocate, Mindy, took care of all the loose ends, paperwork-wise, and was always responsive to my questions. The loan portal we accessed for submitting documents and checking our loan status was very user friendly. The best part was the amazingly fast close - less than a month! We seriously couldn't have asked for a more positive experience, and are so happy we chose them!
