The suite we had contained 2 bedrooms and had a fold out couch offering plenty of room for our family stop.
We were on the ground floor of Block 4 with a small veranda attached which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean with comfy beds and the usual amenities making our short stay enjoyable. Parking outside the room was easy and free.

The main hotel block containing the pool and restaurants was only a few minutes walk away. We used the pool every evening and it's late closing time meant we had enough time to enjoy both it and the hot tubs. We ate in the Italian Restaurant both nights and apart from the strange way of waiting in a queue on the stairs for a table to become available we had great food from friendly staff and would recommend eating here, Pizza's are great.

Previously we've stayed in a much worse room here so the experience is definitely based upon which block you end up staying in, this time we were lucky with the larger room requirements.

We walked from the hotel up to Lake Louise along the lovely woodland trail, it's probably only about an hour walk although we had a pushchair with us so took about 1.5 hours. I'd recommend though especially in the busy Summer season.

Really enjoyed our visit here and would recommend as a great base for exploring the wonderful area.
