It is with regret that I must rate this restaurant...

It is with regret that I must rate this restaurant with 3 stars, but the one I attribute is not that of the famous Michelin. Excited at the idea of discovering the best restaurant in the world, we fell from the top. The reception is going well, but I agree with some comments this reception may not be at the level of a 3 Michelin star, but in the end it is better for me.
The disappointment comes from the plates, where the flavors are bland. We expected to do wow, yum, amazing ... none of that ...

The theme is respected from start to finish, that's a positive note. And the surprises at the start are very original.

Leaving the restaurant, I still don't have my answer on: what differentiates a 1,2 and 3 Michelin stars.
